Abstract:
This study explores strategic mediation as an effective approach to managing conflicts within organizations. Conflict, as a concept, can naturally emerge in a work environment, potentially impacting productivity and interpersonal relationships negatively. Mediation, as a neutral method of conflict resolution, enables constructive problem-solving through dialogue and cooperation, which helps reduce tension and strengthen team cohesion. This study will analyze the main types of conflicts, elaborate on the phases of their development, and present key mediation models. Special emphasis will be placed on implementing mediation as part of an organizational strategy, providing long-term benefits through a stable work climate and increased efficiency.
