Abstract:

Motivation is the fundamental driver of human behavior and a key management tool for achieving goals within organizations. This paper investigates the management of human resources through motivation, with special emphasis on incentive travel as a specific form of reward. Incentive travel is a powerful motivational tool that, through unforgettable experiences and customized rewards, significantly increases employee motivation, team bonding and productivity. Based on secondary data, previous scientific research on tourism incentives and motivational theories is presented. The empirical part of the work includes the analysis of in-depth interviews of the management of different departments of the Hilton Costabella hotel with employees who had the opportunity to participate in incentive trips as a reward for their business results. Research shows a significant positive impact of incentive trips on employee motivation as well as the overall success of organizations, especially in the tourism sector. The results indicate that the alignment of motivational strategies with the needs of employees contributes to the creation of a positive working atmosphere, increases loyalty and ensures the long-term success of the organization
