Abstract:
This paper examines the critical role of modern organizational leadership in fostering sustainable social impact amid the challenges of con¬temporary management structures. Focusing on the "too much management" syndrome, which often limits organizational responsiveness to social needs, the paper advocates for a transformative shift toward ethical leadership models. Drawing from ethical leadership framework and Social Capital Theory, the analysis explores how ethical leadership prioritizes trust, transparency, and community engagement, enhancing social capital within organizations. Through case studies and theoretical insights, we demonstrate how these leadership practices contribute to resilience, accountability, and a purpose-driven work¬force. Finally, the paper discusses future implications, emphasizing the need for leadership models that align business strategy with social responsibility to build sustainable organizations capable of adapting to socio-economic shifts and fostering long-term community impact.
