Abstract:

This paper aims to identify and analyse the key elements of the "Educated Romania" project and to assess their potential to contribute to the modernization and improvement of the Romanian education system. This study focuses on the initiatives proposed by the project, such as adapting the curriculum to the needs and requirements of the labor market, continuous professional training of teachers, creating a modern school infrastructure and promoting equity and inclusion in education. This article will highlight both the expected positive impact on the quality of education and the challenges encountered in the implementation of the "Educated Romania" project.
This study will provide a clear perspective on the "Educated Romania" project and will suggest action directions that could support the efficient implementation of the project.
