Abstract:
This study explores the dimensions of authentic leadership and their role in fostering both professional and emotional development in leaders. Authentic leadership is characterized by self-awareness, relational transparency, balanced processing, and an internalized moral perspective. These dimensions not only enhance trust and collaboration within organizations but also promote ethical decision-making and resilience in leaders. The study highlights the influence of personal factors, such as emotional intelligence and personality traits, on the development of authentic leadership, as well as the critical role of developmental practices like reflective exercises and group coaching. By examining these aspects, this research underscores the significance of authentic leadership in creating thriving organizational environments. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on leadership and provide actionable insights for leadership development programs
