WORK-LIFE BALANCE AS A LIFE QUALITY INDICATOR

and family life. The success of balancing of work and family life is influenced by many factors
both at the individual and at the organizational level in which he is employed, as well as the
country which, with its policies, creates more or less favorable conditions for balancing of work
and family life. Based on a critical review of literature and preliminary research, we present a
comprehensive analysis of the concept of work-family balance as a life quality indicator.
