Abstract

In this paper, we present a literature survey of Process Mining and its identified implementation. The aim is the identification of the most promΒinent Critical Success Factors that should be achieved for successful proΒcess mining implementation. We concluded with ten proposed critical sucΒcess factors that should be assessed in any process mining implementation. We also elaborate on the role of process mining in business process manageΒment and its contribution in resolving identified drawbacks.
