Biography
Dhouha Jaziri is an Associate Professor in Marketing and at the IHEC Carthage, University of Carthage, Tunisia. She holds a PhD in Marketing from ISG Tunis (2015). Her research concerns mainly customer experience, tourism management, customer knowledge management, innovation, digital marketing, and customer brand engagement. She is a member of the editorial Advisory Board in several handbooks and journals. Her work has been published in high-ranked journals, including the Journal of Product and Brand Management and the Journal of Business Research. Moreover, she is the main editor of the Handbook of Research on Tacit Knowledge Management for Organizational Success (IGI-Global, 2017) and of the book; Contemporary Approaches Studying Customer Experience in Tourism Research (Emerald Publishing, 2022).
