Biography

Edina Kulcsár is currently a lecturer at Partium Christian University in Oradea, Romania, where she teaches a range of subjects within the Department of Economics. Her teaching portfolio includes Finance, Corporate Finance, Controlling, Economic and Financial Analysis, as well as Enterprise Risk Management.

She has earned a PhD in Management and Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Debrecen’s Faculty of Economics, Management, Károly Ihrig Doctoral School in 2018. The title of her PhD thesis was “Comparative Risk Analysis of the Hajdú-Bihar and Bihor Counties’ Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.”

Edina Kulcsár’s primary research fields encompass the financial risk management of small and medium-sized enterprises. She also conducts research in the areas of risk and growth analysis for such enterprises, risk and performance analysis, as well as the interplay between intellectual capital and firms’ performance.
