Biography

Is an Associate Professor of International Economics and Business at University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, Slovenia.

He has dedicated his academic career to research in the fields of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and International Economics. The theme of interdisciplinary academic pursuits is pervasive in his research as well. He published articles in relevant refereed journals and in proceedings of international scientific conferences which are often co-authored in order to ensure multidisciplinary approach and relevant results e.g. environmental impacts of logistics activities, interdependence of supply chain management and international trade, and increasing competitiveness of firms through optimal logistics.

He has expert knowledge in business logistics and vast experience in project management as he was a head of 15 logistics optimization projects in Slovenian companies
