affects the company’s business performance. The relationship between the five dimensions of
entrepreneurial orientation (innovation, proactivity, risk taking, autonomy and
competitiveness) and business performance is studied. The research was conducted in 2017 in
Croatian companies. The results have shown that there is a positive and statistically significant
correlation between the innovativeness, the proactivity and the competitiveness of the
company’s business performance.
