LIMEN.2018.427

The paper explores some rights and obligations in workplace: the rights of an
individual worker (employee); the rights of the other workers (employees), as well as the rights
and obligations of the employer. It indicates hypotheses where, in the realization of some of his
/ her rights, the individual worker violates the rights of other workers of the same team, and the
employer, whose right and duty is to protect them, does not have stable legal mechanisms to do
so.
