Biography
Mancia Mircea Sebastian holds the position of Lecturer at the University of Oradea, within the Faculty of Construction, Cadastre, and Architecture. He has authored and co-authored numerous books and publications encompassing a diverse array of topics, including policy and legislation, interdisciplinary studies, urban management, and territorial planning, which have been featured in both national and international journals. Mr. Mancia has attained a PhD. in geopolitics and is notably involved in multilateral diplomacy, particularly focusing on emergent and disruptive technologies. Advocating for enhanced collaboration between higher education institutions and European Union institutions and bodies, he places significant emphasis on fostering international cooperation projects.
