Biography
Senior lecturer at the University of Oradea, Faculty of Construction, Cadastre and Architecture. He was born in Oradea and graduated from the University of Oradea. Completed Ph.D. in Geopolitics and Geostrategy studies at Oradea University and many postdoctoral studies at different Universities in Romania and abroad. During professional activities, he devotes himself to research and personal development.
Author of 2 books, 11 ISI and ISI Conference proceedings papers; 29 BDI papers.
