Biography

Sandra Mrvica Mađarac was born in Šibenik in 1975. She graduated and received her MSc degree from the Faculty of Economics in Osijek. She acquired her Ph.D. degree from Herzegovina University, Faculty of Social Sciences in 2017 in, the scientific field of Economy, branch management. She worked at Emmezeta as a procurement officer. Since 2007 she has been working at the College of Applied Sciences „Lavoslav Ružička“ in Vukovar, where she served as a Deputy Dean and a Vice Dean for education. Today, she is employed at the College as a College professor of a group of economic collegiums, branch Trade. She was a member of program and organizational boards and she participated in many scientific and professional conferences. Her area of interest includes trade, tourism, and demography.

Udekom Balkans is a dynamic non-governmental and non-profit organization, established in 2014 with a mission to foster the growth of scientific knowledge within the Balkan region and beyond. Our primary objectives include advancing the fields of management and economics, as well as providing educational resources to our members and the wider public.

Who We Are: Our members include esteemed university professors from various scientific disciplines, postgraduate students, and experts from ministries, public administrations, private and public enterprises, multinational corporations, associations, and similar organizations.

Building Bridges Together: Over the course of ten years since our establishment, the Association of Economists and Managers of the Balkans has established impactful partnerships with more than 1,000 diverse institutions across the Balkans region and worldwide.
