Biography

Elena Petkova has defended her doctorate in the field of economics and tourism management of tourism. She teaches courses related to economics and management of tourism at the “Geography of Tourism” department at the Faculty of Geology and Geography of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski. She has scientific interests in the field of management and the economics of tourism. She participated in national and international conferences in the country and abroad, where she presented the results of her scientific activity. She was involved in national and practical-applied projects. She is the author of scientific publications in the field of tourism.
