Best Presentation Award

Best Presentation Award – In-Person Sessions

The Best Presentation Award recognizes exceptional scholarly contribution, clarity of communication, and engagement in in-person sessions of the LIMEN Conference.

Eligibility

  • Only presenters who deliver their presentation in person are eligible.
  • Presenters must attend the full session (presentation + Q&A).
  • One award is given for the entire conference.

Evaluation Process

Evaluations occur at two levels:

  1. Session-Level Evaluation
    • Conducted by Session Chairs and Session Participants.
    • Each in-person session selects one session winner based on combined scores.
  2. Conference-Level Selection
    • Session winners are compared.
    • The presenter with the highest final weighted score is selected as the LIMEN Best Presentation Award Winner.

Scoring Formula

Final Session Score = (Session Chair Score × 0.60) + (Participant Score × 0.40)

The highest-scoring session winner becomes the overall conference winner.

If scores are equal, wins:

  1. Higher Session Chair score
  2. Higher Scientific Quality subscore
  3. Better Q&A performance
  4. Final decision by the Conference Director
