By encouraging innovations conditions for global competitiveness are being made. Innovations
are by their nature complex and through studying them researchers can collect necessary
knowledge for many economic processes. In the time we live in, millennial generation is taking
leading positions in the society, step by step, and is founding core of resources for further
development, lifestyle, and relation toward production, innovations and technical solutions. In
this paper the direction of new technologies development will be shown, as well as usage of
innovations in market economy. The emphasis will be put on the acceptance of innovative
solutions and new technologies by millennials.
