Biography
Mgr. et Mgr. Silvia Capíková, PhD., works at the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Law, Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovak Republic. In her teaching and research work, she focuses on the interactions between the law and healthcare, law in healthcare management, healthcare workforce and labour market, medical malpractice and patient/consumer rights. She is a co-author of a textbook „Healthcare Management and Financing“ (Ozorovsky et al., Wolters Kluwer, 2016).
